Shipping & delivery

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch from China within 1–2 business days. Delivery windows after dispatch:

• China (Mainland): 1–3 business days
• Southeast Asia: 3–7 business days
• US / Canada: 5–10 business days
• EU / UK: 5–10 business days
• Australia / New Zealand: 5–9 business days
• Rest of world: 7–14 business days

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide from China via tracked carriers. Free worldwide tracked shipping on orders over $80 SGD (item subtotal, pre-tax and pre-shipping).

Do I have to pay customs or duties?

For international orders, you are the importer of record. Duties, import taxes, GST/VAT, and customs fees are your responsibility — not ours. Some destinations let us collect taxes at checkout (e.g. UK VAT under IOSS); where we don't, the carrier will bill you on delivery. We declare orders accurately at commercial value and do not under-declare.

What if the parcel is held or seized by customs?

Dart-firing blasters are subject to import rules that vary by country. It's your responsibility to confirm import rules for your destination before ordering. If a parcel is seized by customs because the product is restricted at your destination, we treat the order as lost-in-transit only when the carrier or customs provides documentation.

Product & compatibility

Are these legal where I live?

Foam dart blasters are legal in most jurisdictions, but local laws vary — UK VCRA, Australian state regulations, and similar regimes can restrict imitation-firearm-styled products. It is your responsibility to confirm whether the specific products you order are legal to own, import, and use in your country. See the compliance notice on each product page.

Are these for kids?

Many of our products are designed for older teens and adults — particularly the high-power flywheel and electric models. Always check the manufacturer's recommended age range on the product page. 18+ recommended as a general baseline. Eye protection is recommended for all blaster use.

Are these compatible with standard foam darts?

Most products on our site fire standard half-inch foam darts (Elite, Mega, and similar) that are interchangeable across many blasters. Check the product page for the specific ammo type each blaster uses.

Can I modify or mod the blasters?

Modding is a popular part of the hobby and we sell 3D-printed kits and replacement parts for that purpose. Modify at your own risk. Modifications can void manufacturer warranties, raise muzzle velocity above safe levels, and may push a blaster outside the legal limits in your country. We don't provide modding support and aren't responsible for injury or damage caused by modified blasters.

Are 3D-printed kits assembled?

No. 3D-printed kits arrive as parts plus hardware (screws, springs, motors where applicable). You'll need to assemble them yourself — basic hobby tools (screwdrivers, hex keys) are usually enough.

Returns & refunds

What's your return window?

30 days from delivery. Item must be unused and in original packaging. See the Refund Policy for the full process.

Who pays return shipping?

Buyer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns. We cover return shipping for damaged-in-transit, wrong-item, and defective-on-arrival cases.

How long until I get my refund?

Approved refunds land on your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return, plus your bank's processing time.
