Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of blastersource.com (the "Site") and any orders you place with Blaster Source ("Blaster Source", "we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use the Site

  • You must be at least the age of majority in your country, or use the Site with a parent or legal guardian's involvement.
  • Some products carry recommended age ranges shown on the product page. Adult supervision may be advised.

2. Orders and acceptance

  • Your order is an offer to buy. We accept the order when we send the dispatch confirmation email.
  • We may decline or cancel orders — including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, restricted destinations, or stock issues — and we'll refund any payment in full.
  • Product images and descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Minor variation in color and finish can occur.

3. Pricing and payment

  • Prices are shown in SGD (display currency). Your card may be charged in a different currency depending on your payment method.
  • We charge the payment method at the time of order acceptance.
  • Where required, taxes are shown at checkout. International duties and import taxes are covered in the Shipping Policy.
  • We may correct pricing errors and contact you before fulfilling the order if the error is material.

4. Shipping, returns, refunds

Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to violate any law in your jurisdiction.
  • Resell our products in a way that breaks local toy-safety or import laws.
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attack the Site, our APIs, or our infrastructure.
  • Submit false information at checkout or impersonate another person.

6. Product safety and use

  • Our products are dart-firing blasters intended for recreational use. Use them as intended. Always wear eye protection. Do not aim at face, eyes, or animals. Do not modify firing components.
  • Blaster Source is not responsible for injury, property damage, or other harm resulting from misuse, modification, or use outside the product's intended purpose.

7. Accounts

  • If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure.
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized account use.
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

  • The Site, brand, logos, product photography, and copy are owned by Blaster Source or our licensors.
  • You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • Don't reuse our content commercially without written permission.
  • Brand names of third-party products on the Site belong to their respective owners.

9. User submissions

If you send us reviews, photos, or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content on the Site and in marketing, with attribution where appropriate. Don't submit content you don't have the right to share.

10. Third-party services

The Site uses third-party services (payments, shipping, analytics). Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their conduct.

11. Disclaimers

  • The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law.
  • We do not warrant the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  • Nothing here limits any non-excludable statutory warranties under applicable consumer-protection law in your country.

12. Limitation of liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blaster Source's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site or an order is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
  • Blaster Source shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
  • Nothing in this clause limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Blaster Source against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of products, or your violation of applicable law.

14. Governing law and disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
  • Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the People's Republic of China.
  • Nothing in this clause overrides mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order. The last-updated date sits below.
