Shipping Policy

We ship blasters worldwide from China. Here's what to expect — processing, regional delivery windows, what to do if something goes sideways.

Processing time

  • Orders confirmed before 14:00 CST ship within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed weekends or China public holidays ship the next business day.
  • Pre-orders and back-ordered items ship on the date listed on the product page.

Carriers and tracking

  • We ship via DHL Express (international tracked) and regional last-mile partners as needed.
  • Every order gets a tracking number by email once dispatched.
  • For international parcels, tracking may pause when the parcel transfers between carriers at the destination border. That's normal.

Delivery windows

All windows are business days after dispatch, not from order placement. Customs delays are outside our control.

Shipping fees

  • Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service tier.
  • Free worldwide tracked shipping on orders over $80 SGD (or local equivalent in the displayed currency). Threshold is calculated on the item subtotal, before tax and before shipping.
  • Express and signed-for upgrades are available on most international lanes.

Customs, duties, and taxes (international orders)

  • You are the importer of record. Duties, import taxes, GST/VAT, and customs fees charged by your country are your responsibility, not ours.
  • Some destinations let us collect taxes at checkout (e.g. UK VAT under IOSS, EU IOSS where applicable). Where we do, your invoice will show it. Where we don't, the carrier will bill you on delivery.
  • We declare orders accurately at their commercial value. We won't mark parcels as gifts or under-declare value — this protects you and us.
  • If you refuse delivery to avoid duties, the parcel is treated as a return-to-sender and the address-error / refused-delivery clause in our Returns Policy applies.

Restricted destinations and product rules

  • Dart-firing blasters are subject to import rules that vary by country. It's your responsibility to check whether the product you order can be legally imported to your address.
  • We may decline or refund orders to destinations where the specific product is restricted or where carriers refuse to ship it.

Tracking issues

  • No tracking update for several days: tracking often only refreshes at scan points. Allow up to 5 business days of inactivity before contacting us.
  • Marked delivered but not received: check with neighbors, building reception, and your local post office first. Then email us within 7 days so we can open a carrier investigation.

Damaged in transit

  • Photograph the outer packaging and item before unpacking further.
  • Email us within 7 days of delivery with the photos and your order number.
  • We replace the item or refund in full. See the Refund Policy.

Lost in transit

  • If the carrier confirms loss, we replace or refund — your call.
  • For untracked or basic-tier shipments, carrier outcomes vary. We always recommend tracked service for international orders.

Wrong address / address errors

  • Double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order is dispatched, we can't re-route or recall it.
  • If an order returns to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed parcel, we'll refund the item price (original and return shipping are non-refundable) or re-ship at your cost.

P.O. boxes, military, and remote addresses

  • We ship to street addresses by default. Some carriers don't deliver to P.O. boxes; we'll contact you if your address needs a change.
  • APO/FPO/DPO and remote-territory delivery windows can run longer than the table above.

Order changes and cancellations

  • Need to change items, size, or address? Email us fast. If the order hasn't been picked yet, we'll try to update it.
  • Once dispatched, change the order via the return process — see Returns Policy.
