Returns Policy

If a blaster isn't what you hoped for, here's how to send it back. The financial side (timing, payment-method refund) lives in our Refund Policy; this page covers what's returnable and how to start the process.

The short version

  • You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories.
  • Buyer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns. We cover return shipping for damaged-in-transit, lost-in-transit, or wrong-item issues.

Eligible for return

  • Unused blasters and accessories in original, sealed packaging.
  • Items with all included darts, magazines, batteries, and inserts.
  • Returns requested within 30 days of delivery.

Not eligible for return

  • Opened dart refills, foam ammo, and consumables (hygiene + safety reasons).
  • Items damaged by misuse, modification, or normal wear.
  • Final-sale items and clearance drops (flagged clearly at checkout).
  • Gift cards.

How to start a return

  1. Email hello@blastersource.com with your order number and reason. For damaged-in-transit, attach photos of the box and the item.
  2. We'll reply with a return address and instructions within 1–2 business days China time.
  3. Ship the item back tracked. Keep your tracking number until the refund lands.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we issue the refund per the Refund Policy.

Damaged, lost, or wrong-item

These don't follow the change-of-mind path — we cover return shipping and prioritise the resolution. See the relevant sections of the Shipping Policy (damaged in transit, lost in transit) and Refund Policy (wrong item, refund procedure).

Refused-delivery and address errors

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed status, we'll refund the item price (original and return shipping are non-refundable) or re-ship at your cost — your call.

International returns

  • Mark return parcels as "returned goods — no commercial value" when allowed by your local carrier. This avoids new import duties on our side.
  • If a customs office charges us duty on a return, we'll deduct that fee from your refund.
